Tucked away on level one, the Carrick Room seats up to 12 around a single long table - an intimate private dining room named for S.S. Carrick, the builder who first raised Hotel Terminus in 1927. Tropical murals, soft drapery and a warm chandelier set the scene for long lunches and dinners that linger.
