Hotel Terminus (Coming Soon)

Hotel Terminus returns to South Brisbane in mid-2026, bringing new life to the iconic Fox Hotel site while celebrating its heritage. The revitalised venue will reopen as a four-level destination for dining, events and entertainment. The ground floor will feature a restored long bar, new Fish Lane entrance, 18-metre atrium, relaxed bistro, gaming lounge and bottle shop. The first floor will offer two event spaces and a private dining room. Above, the Vixen Room will deliver a late-night lounge with cocktails, snacks, DJs and live music, leading to the Fox Rooftop—an open, city-view space for afternoons and evening sessions.
