Issuance and Timing
The EOFY bar tab will be issued only after the qualifying event has concluded and the final invoice has been paid in full. The bar tab cannot be applied as credit toward the original qualifying event, deposit, minimum spend, or final invoice.

Qualifying Spend
"Booking spend" refers to the final invoiced amount inclusive of food, beverages, venue hire fees and GST. 

Service charges, gratuities, third-party supplier costs (including but not limited to entertainment, styling, and external catering), and any credits, discounts or promotional adjustments are excluded from the qualifying spend calculation.
The bar tab value is determined by the final invoiced qualifying spend, not the quoted minimum spend, where the final spend is lower.

One Per Booking
A maximum of one (1) bar tab will be issued per event booking, regardless of total spend. The maximum bar tab value is capped at $600, even if qualifying spend exceeds $5,500.

Redemption
Bar tabs are valid for a single visit only. Any unused balance remaining after the redemption visit will be forfeited and cannot be carried over, refunded, or reissued.
Bar tabs must be presented at the time of ordering and cannot be applied retrospectively to a closed bill. Bar tabs are redeemable against beverage purchases only and cannot be used toward food, venue hire, ticketed events, private function minimum spends, or any other charges.

Format and Delivery
Bar tab credit may only be redeemed against a booking arranged through Ghanem Groups Events and Reservations team. Credit will be applied to the booking at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation, Postponement and Non-Qualification
If the qualifying event is cancelled, the bar tab offer is forfeited.
If the event is postponed beyond 31st July 2026, eligibility for the offer will be reviewed at Ghanem Group Hospitality's discretion and is not guaranteed.
If the final invoiced qualifying spend falls below the next $1,250 threshold, the bar tab value will be adjusted down accordingly, or forfeited entirely if below $1,250.

Transferability
Bar tabs are issued in the name of the booking contact and are non-transferable without prior written approval from Ghanem Group Hospitality. Bar tabs are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value outside of the eligible venues listed.

Validity
Bar tabs must be redeemed between 1st June 2026 and 31st October 2026 (inclusive). Any bar tab not redeemed by 11:59pm AEST on 31st October 2026 will expire and cannot be reinstated.

Eligible Venues
Bar tabs are redeemable only at the following Ghanem Group Hospitality venues: Blackbird Brisbane, Blackbird Melbourne, Boom Boom Room, Iris Rooftop, Luc Lac, Terminus Hotel, Byblos Melbourne, Le Bon Ton. Standard venue trading hours, dress codes, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements apply. Redemption per venue is subject to availability.

General
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or wider offer.
Ghanem Group Hospitality reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect bar tabs already issued under the original terms.
By participating in this promotion, the booking contact agrees to these terms and conditions in addition to the standard event booking terms of the relevant venue.
