In 2006, we opened Byblós at Portside Wharf. It was one restaurant and bar, at a time when you had to go to the city or The Valley for a night out. Twenty years later, we're a family of venues across Brisbane, Melbourne and Boonah, shaped by everyone who's eaten, drunk and celebrated with us.
