Ghanem Group Hospitality is bringing something new to Everton Park, with Alfi Eatery & Bar set to open at Park Lane in mid-2026. Designed as a welcoming, family-friendly spot, Alfi will offer a relaxed Mediterranean menu and an easygoing atmosphere that feels right at home in the neighbourhood. The 350-seat venue will sit on the ground floor of the precinct’s new dining hub, with entrances from both South Pine Road and the Stafford Road side of Everton Plaza. Expect a bright, open space with a large kitchen, a generous U-shaped bar, and a leafy 200-seat courtyard perfect for long lunches or casual dinners.

Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Alfi’s look mixes natural timbers, soft stone, and pastel tones, carrying through from the dining room to the outdoor patio. At around 800 square metres, it will be Everton Plaza’s largest venue—ideal for family nights out, group gatherings, or anyone keen to try the Group’s newest suburban addition.
